2. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

3.2. Fees are non-refundable except as required under Indian consumer protection laws.
3.3. Refund requests may be considered only in cases of: (a) duplicate payment with valid proof; (b) technical failure preventing service access within 7 days of payment; (c) service discontinuation within 7 days of payment.
3.4. Refund requests must be submitted to civilmcqfeedback@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
3.5. We do not store sensitive payment information such as credit card details or UPI PINs.
3.6. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Such changes will apply prospectively and not retroactively.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Permitted Use: Personal educational preparation for competitive examinations.
Prohibited Activities Include:
- Reverse engineering, hacking, or unauthorized access to platform infrastructure
- Data scraping, mining, or automated content extraction
- Uploading malware, viruses, or engaging in malicious activities
- Misuse of reporting mechanisms or harassment of other users
- Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Sharing paid content externally or distributing copyrighted material
We reserve the right to report unlawful activities to appropriate authorities.
5. CONTENT DISCLAIMER AND ACCURACY

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding six months.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or activities of these sites. CivilMCQ.com is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with UPSC, SSC, State PSCs, or any government authority. Some links may be affiliate links, through which we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
8. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, notify us at civilmcqfeedback@gmail.com with:
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the infringing content
- Your contact details and a statement of good faith belief
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the infringing material promptly, in accordance with the Indian Copyright Act.
9. TERMINATION

10. FORCE MAJEURE

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
11.3. Parties agree to attempt mediation through a recognized mediation center before initiating litigation.
11.4. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
12. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Major updates will be communicated through a notice on our homepage. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
